Step 1: Fill a medium saucepan with 4-5 cups water and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Add the noodles to the boiling water, and stir occasionally. Cook. for 5-7 mins until al dente or has a firm bite.
Step 3: Drain the hot water and rinse the noodles in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drizzle 1/4 tsp of cold pressed oil to prevent sticking and make your favorite Millet Noodles.
Step 4: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add your desired choice of chopped vegetables and saute.
